Terms for Premium and Enterprise
Last updated: October 2026
1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to the paid plans Premium and Enterprise on adventcalendarmaker.com. Our general Terms of Service apply as well. The done-for-you service and the Christmas song have their own terms.
The provider is Sun Media Brands LLC, 2880 W Oakland Park Blvd, Suite 225C, Oakland Park, FL 33311, United States. Contact: [email protected].
The paid plans are for business customers only: companies, freelancers, associations and public bodies that use the calendar for their professional or business activity. By ordering you confirm that you act as a business. Private calendars stay on the free plan. Your own purchasing terms only apply if we have expressly agreed to them in writing; a PO number on the invoice is no such agreement.
2. Services
The features of each plan are those shown in the pricing overview on the home page at the time of your order. We keep improving the service and may change features as long as the core of the plan you bought stays intact.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee a specific uptime. Where possible we schedule maintenance outside the advent season or in quiet hours.
3. Contract and term
The contract is made when you complete the order via Stripe or when we send you the invoice after a quote request. The plan is unlocked right away.
The term is one year from activation. It renews automatically for another year unless you cancel before it ends.
You can cancel at any time for the end of the current term, most easily in the billing portal under "Settings" or by email to [email protected]. You keep all features until the end of the term.
4. Prices and payment
The prices shown at checkout apply. They are due yearly in advance. Whether VAT or sales tax is added or the reverse charge applies depends on your location and tax ID and is shown on the invoice.
With card payment via Stripe we charge the yearly amount at the start of each term. With payment by invoice the amount is due within 14 days of the invoice date. If you do not pay after a reminder, we may move the account to the free plan after another 14 days.
If you switch from Premium to Enterprise, the new plan applies right away and we charge only the prorated difference for the rest of the term. A switch from Enterprise to Premium applies from the next term.
We announce price changes for the next term by email at least 30 days before the renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the renewal.
Amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata on cancellation, unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise in a specific case.
5. End of the plan
When the paid plan ends, your account moves to the free plan. Your calendars and doors are kept. Features that are only part of Premium or Enterprise, such as media doors, your own branding, password protection or statistics, are no longer available until you book a paid plan again.
We delete an account with all content on request by email to [email protected].
6. Your content and duties
You are responsible for the content of your calendars, including giveaways, coupons, advertising claims and the consents you need for them. If personal data of your visitors is processed through the calendar, for example in giveaways or surveys, we do so on your behalf under our data processing agreement.
Keep your login details and API keys secret. We may block a calendar that breaks the law or our Terms of Service.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for loss of data you could have backed up.
8. Changes to these terms
We announce changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not object before then, they are deemed accepted; the notice will point this out. If you object, you can cancel as of the date they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Broward County, Florida, have jurisdiction where the law allows. Mandatory rules of the country where you are based remain unaffected.
If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in force.
