Advent Calendar Maker is an online platform that allows users to create, customize, and share digital advent calendars with customizable doors containing various types of content including text, links, embedded videos, images, and video files.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscription Plans
The Service offers Free, Premium, and Enterprise plans. Features and limitations vary by plan. Premium and Enterprise plans are billed annually. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it:

7. File Upload Limits
Image uploads are limited to 2 MB per file and are automatically converted to WebP format. Video uploads are limited to 20 MB per file. Allowed formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and MP4.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Sun Media Brands LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun Media Brands LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
